No. DDG is not the only privacy centered search engine. It’s another collection agency. The only one is searx.me and that’s it.
I’ve been on DuckDuckGo since 2018 around May I believe. I knew google was disgusting.

Want to get off this data privacy abuse victim mentality? Cancel all social media affiliations, delete all online accounts, trash your smartphone and anything associated with it, don't shop online (shop at brick and mortars, use cash), buy yourself a Thomas Guide instead of using GPS to get to where you have to go, go to a traditional school (physically) for education, live in the high desert away from urban and suburban areas. Just some suggestions to break free. Question is, will you commit to all of that? Probably not. At least one of these aspects mentioned are convenient for you to use, if not important. But good luck, nonetheless!
