This guy can only muster half-thought out suppositions stated as fact and feelings based on several articles he skimmed last week. It's clear he's not an intellectual powerhouse so why is he even trying? Each of his tepid assertions delivered like some profound visionary pronouncement might work on his employees but as far as I can tell from these clips, this guy is a total douche and if his website/platform is successful it will be in spite of him, not because of him.
