There never was a war on drugs in america. It was and still is a war on the poor and disenfranchised of america they created all types of laws to commit genocide on those who they labeled as drug dealers and drug users. Just look at the sentencing guidelines for possesion of crack cocaine compared to powder cocaine. The injustice system made alot of people rich for doing the exactly what they were arresting people for. Same shit going on, who you think getting rich off of fetti? Ask the san jose police union.

So the homeless can get coordinated enough to follow a guy around with a coffin but cannot be coordinated enough to find work. Seems legit. We are not obligated to be spending resources to fund people's addiction habits.
