That foreign capital investing in NY is the same as what's happened in Vancouver, BC. Just insane prices and amounts of foreign ownership. Most of it illegal money that comes to Canada to get cleaned set up in corporations that the government pretends are legit because 25 percent of British Columbia's economy is tied to Real Estate.
So Canadians are getting fucked bad. Same thing is happening in Toronto and Montreal and now Nova Scotia.
