  1. There is no need to eat just meat. If you excercise, your body takes in carbs nicely.

    Nobody can sustain a meat only diet (or most) carbs from healthy breads, berries and yes… apples are fine.

    Most would be much happier if they just ate low glycemic carbs with high quality proteins and fats. This whole "carbs are evil" is bullshit.
