19:00 equating hard work to success is ridiculous, hundreds of thousand s of people work harder work, longer hours, and even in some cases making all the right decisions, but still get nowhere. its easy to look down when you've got to the top, and say, "it was my hard work that got me here, everyone else needs to work harder to get here." But its simply not true. If your starting from a different place, you can't get there.
