Really ptsd and c-ptsd solutions are simple yeah right what rubbish, just change their ways, and behaviours and patterns, never heard more rubbish!
As the World's highest mind my advice for Dr. Phil was that you can't be a great teacher or Guru and teach people anything without a strong woman by your side. Literally. If your wife is in the audience Dr. Phil you need to have her sitting right next to you on the show to be a good example. Just her presence alone makes all the difference because a portion of the population view that as a true measure of social success as a prerequisite before they will listen to you. It's an unspoken rule. Women don't look at men or pay attention to men. They look at the woman. They copy cat other women. They don't even love men. It's Unseen… Unheard of… Unknown before to humankind till I pointed it out just now.
