Dr Phil’s comment about the post surgery pain manage to was spot on and was exactly the approach I took. More needs to be done to reduce the dependency on unnecessary self medication which empowers addition x
There is another side to this coin. What does a person do when they were born a diabetic and their body has been ravaged by this disease. what do they do when their neck was broken on the job on top of the diabetes and the body wide nerve damage that feels like you are sitting in a raging fire all day long. What do they do? What can they do now that this hammer is coming down in a broad sweep and hitting everything weather it is needed or not? They do this and they then leave a law-abiding person like me with very few options, which are go to illegal drug and risk ODing or being a suicide because you can't live with the kind of pain your body is now in.
