She goes to work and hits 200mph on the stretches surrounded by 40 guys doin' the same thing. What could she possibly get from a civilian vehicle limited to 70 on the freeway?
The wrecks aren't anything trying to tell her anything, it's just that there's a lot of things that can happen on a race track, and the more time you spend going around one, the more probable that those things are going to happen. You can take 4 laps and not go into the wall, or blow a tire, or whatever. But 1000 laps, and the likelihood of all those things happening at least once becomes very, very probable.

Danica is not at all what I had expected. I expected confident, but her quiet confidence and her wisdom, calmness, self depracation, humor and unflappability is impressive and truly endearing.
It's been two years… time to bring this chick back and get her into a muscle car! 😁
