I saw this guy speak at Fermi-Lab in Illinois back in 2006. Interesting guy. I think his talk was called "People Believe In Weird Things" or something like that….
11:30 It is not that the laws are insufficiently stringent when it comes to charities, it is that political actors within enforcement agencies have favored some charities over others, based on their political agenda. Case in point, the Clinton Foundation. Here, the Obama Administration did absolutely nothing while that charity blatantly violated the law (IMO) while at the same time, that same administration went after conservative non profits.
