I was raised with wolves. lolol. I really was, my Mom and Dad owed 4 wolves from when I was born till about age 9 when we had to move to the city. We donated them to local zoo's. From 0-5 we had an 86% timberwolf / Shepard mix in the house with me. In the city at that. Had to move out to the country because the wolf, "Timber" would howl and it would prompt all the local dog to howl too. Must have freaked out the neighbors bad. We moved out to the country and my dad made huge cages. Was in IOWA Wolfers and National Wolfdog Alliance. Wolves are great animals. Loving and caring. Live in families. Have a social order. Wonderful creatures. RESPECT THEM. Reason? Because they are more like you than you may give credit. If you were with your extended family and REALLY needed food, you would hunt down things minding their own business and kill them then eat them. And not feel guilty because it had to be done. Hell maybe even feel a bit but know it had to be done. Wolves are the same. If they are not hungry, they may not eat you. Hell my dumbass teenage brother was bit because he went into the cage with raw venison meat after not feeding the wolves for a weekend. And we took care of and raised them. Even been bit by a dog? Ever been punched by a person?
The two are very close in relation. They should not be destroyed, but they need population control as if a large group of murdering hungry humans who lost the ability to communicate with us and won't reason with us were roaming around eating animals and people, we would do the same if not worse. 🙂
