  1. Hari sounds like he is suggesting that socialism or possibly even communism is the solution to depression and anxiety and drug addiction and all sorts of other problems. Yet ask anyone in China if they could, would they rather live in the USA and they will probably tell you yes.

  2. Universal Basic Income? How will that be paid for? You cant just print money. And Joe is wrong i dont care how many cliches or platitudes he wants to spew. Just quit your job and follow your passion isnt that easy for many people. They are literally debt slaves and stuck due to greed and this society and its values. You cant just do anything and be successful with it. MOST people are not going to be a singer or actor or astronaut. Not suprised a californian thinks like this. THere's your passion and there is what pays the bills. This is capitolism. We are shitting out more and more people and life is becoming more and more competitive everyday. We are all running after the same thing. You cant have 1 million people all going in the same direction. Stand out and be unique and shine? That is becoming impossible in this sea of people. Look at youtube. All the shit people are post spamming. How many arm chair gurus? It is insanity pure and simple. It's not sustainable. We talk about teamwork and unity and learn about tolerance growing up. We get out into the world and discover the complete opposite. A real disconect between what w e profess and how we live.

Something wrong with your brain? Not surprising in a society that is completely alienated from eachother, themselves, and the world. The wrong and dangerous idea that we are all separate, independent, isolated little Islands of thought, feeling, and action. Origins of feelings. Complete disconnect.

  3. Maybe if Johann used the example “your team is only as strong as your weakest player” it could ignite the bronze 1st and perhaps the brains would follow😉

This time Joe can’t empathize to the unfortunate human condition of addiction. So many people exactly like this who deter understanding human beings with compassion, too quickly labeling depression as a form of weakness. Johann is making break through strides rerouting shame and exposing horrendous judgement on a sick society riddled with undiagnosed neurological & emotional pain. It takes a village. If we are really all united we must take responsibility as a whole and put some truth in the words NO ONE LEFT BEHIND.
