If I were the mayor, I would consider building a 4 buildings, 25 story high buildings, and large recreation garden area with lots activities and medical staf on ALAL-CRAP-TRAZ One building for elderly and the other for addicts, and the other for the mental illness, and others for hospice. , walk on shitty streets, smell farts, look at needles. Why not build the biggest hospital out on Alcatraz, with great views, and plenty to eat, gym, showers, spa treatment, medical help, doctors, therapy, classes, exercise even a ferris wheel, and a small circus. A lovely gated community, Hahahaha, patio's decks, to rest, enjoy the view, serve them lunches, dinners, coffee, tea; and rehabilitate them. Who cares about the Alcatraz structure. Pathetic city, no great ideas in DUM DUM DEMO'S. Too many building
