There is no thing factual that cannot be expressed under the most stringent anti-hate speech rules.
Lies on the other hand,.propaganda and general misinformation cannot be easily expressed.
The question was never about having rules against hate speech, the question was about what is considered hate speech. And that is where the cultural divide is, some think it's harassment to call a man a man and others get banned for doing it. But things seem to have sobered up a bit since Musk took over.
