Joe needs to lose the no purpose to circumcising thing. My wife worked in a nursing home and many of the elderly men who were not circumcised would have problems with hygiene and their foreskin would ultimately fuse to their penis with crust and what have you. It would become so encrusted, inflamed, and irritated, that the staff would recommend not even trying to pull it back and clean it at a certain point fearing they would rip or damage the skin of the penis and cause bleeding. There is a definite medical purpose for circumcision when a person loses their ability to properly provide hygiene for themselves.
