  1. Gloconeogenesis is very minimal. The liver produces the glycogen needed by the body. But those saying it will mock you out of Leto sis are completely ignorant and wrong. Eat all the protein you can and don’t worry.

  2. Its funny that in episode #682 with Mark and Chris at 32:50 Chris says vegetables are probably the best source of vitamins and minerals for your diet, and then in this episode while promoting the carnivore diet they eat no vegetables and claim carnivore is the best diet they've been on 🤷‍♂️
