This guy just need to smoke weed
I believe in a quart of water as well, but I do a pint before bed, and a pint right after coffee and breakfast. The pint at night before bed I see as a "post-flush" to give my body something clean to process all night. Cleaning out the pipes, so to speak. Love JRE and Pat Mac both, especially Basic Dude Stuff.
24oz of water first thing in the morning literally changed my life. Don't chase hydration all day, make it chase you!
