I've been thinking about that cross promotion thing for years..that's the only way to truly find out who the best on the planet are..they should call it something like cross champion organization…..that would bring the ultimate battles..and would be super interesting..I think it's easier said than done but possible and I think it will happen in the future..it has to or we will never know who the best is ..it will always be questioned.
You know the psoas muscle isn't accessible through massage of massage tools. To get to the psoas you have to weave through so much visceral tissue and it's just impossible. What you are most likely hitting is the illiacus muscle.
