When I hate my job or am feeling low. I watch videos on YouTube of people in other countries that have it way worse than me, and it helps bring me back to reality on how blessed I am to be where I'm at in life.
It’s not that I’m addicted it’s seeing what an empty world we live in now, shit just makes me sad. At the station and everyone’s just scrolling on their phones.
They are designed that way. Everything is designed to distract or manipulate our thoughts and we just keep buying the upgrades and the bs and the propaganda 😊
There’s a book about the internet and social skills, it’s called “Alone Together”
