was a really interesting converstation but some of the stuff he said about science was very wrong, like the thing about water not boiling at 212 degrees, obviously this is not always true there's this awesome tool called a steam table you can use to determine the properties of water based at varying temperatures and pressured based off of countless experiments that all confirm each other. If this was not a fact (or at least an extremely close approximation based on all information we know at this time) then things like combustion engines, powerplants, air conditioners, and heaters would not work. Everyone who actually participates in research or the scientific community as a whole knows that we can only study the relations ships between the variables we are aware of and if new information is presented the whole theory can change.
