When the government is literally a mafia there's not much you can do
He's talking about Jair Bolsonaro, but he didn't mention that Brazil's economy was booming twelve years ago because President Lula Da Silva was taking huge kickbacks from the oil companies and using that to fund government programs which stimulated the economy. Once the scandal went public Dilma was removed from office and Lula went to prison. Bolsonaro has his flaws but he isn't a crook and he wants to drain the swamp in Brazil.
