Oh this warms my soul! Born in Alaska and I’ve never heard so close to the Alaskan way we grow up with. Hunting to me is if the animal can kill you, then it’s a fair hunt. Not baiting or any other tricks. I grew up with a bow and arrow and makes me want to pick it back up. Thank you! Animals can gore and stomp you. They don’t need trigger fingers.

Ted & Joe, I've mentioned this before and again from Ted's description of the"DNR getting off their chair and away from their computer model and get out on the ground. It's like our trouble in California and the mountain lion moratorium. In 1990 I worked with a woman that made a big deal about voting for the cats. I said no I did not, and then asked her if she was an anti hunter? Yes she replied, so I told her to go tell all those lions she voted for that they can't hunt. Pissed her off.
A group for lions was complaining about inbreeding due to lions unable to disperse due to isolation barriers ie highways etc. I said no that's not why, they are inbreeding because there are two many lions, they don't have to disperse because they can just go fuck their sister.
