Does Sugar Cause Obesity?
YES it does along with 100 other health issues, Cant believe this is even a debate…..Only the most delusional make some excuses.
For the record, neither of these two people has a medical degree. Neither of them understand much about anatomy and physiology. Your body treats sugar and alcohol as TOXINS. Therefore, it will always be processed first, eventually slowing down metabolism. Also failed to mention how terrible sugar is for oral health…and the vast majority of diseases begin in the mouth. Bad science all around in this discussion
Sugar intake has supposedly decrease, but have you seen the size of the sodas they serve you at McDonald’s? I don’t think that has decreased.
If you took a shot every time the young guy said “I completely agree with you, that’s the point I’m trying to make” you’d die from alcohol poisoning.
