  1. sugar doesnt directly cause obesity (somewhat it does but not much). instead what it does is FUCK your system up so that you cant metabolize and process normal food.
    Thus, normal food (or whatever you might normally eat) can make you fat. Of course the type and quality of food you eat matters, but sugar makes the whole thing worse.

    Don't get me wrong. I love sugar. But i limit it. I make cookies every week or so and just nibble on them. No icecream, no soda, no nothing else.
