Great stuff Joe!!! Stephan G is thoughtful and spells out great stuff. This guy is a genius… the shrill attacks are silly. What they are missing however (well don’t have time for) is that your “mind” that craves things IS NOT separate from your cells- including fat cells… they are programmed to want fat when (evolutionarily) it is available (was scarce! Find it & eat as much as U can!). Stephan alludes to this …Joe should read “intended Evolution” for context & big picture 🙂 The reason the brain is so involved is what they are talking about is “perception”… food we see and like is affected by our evolution.
