  1. I agree with Garry. A calorie is not a calorie. I just replaced my calories without adding any extra and my body composition is changing for the better. In both cases I was regularly working out

  2. I went from 134kg to 104kg in about 2 years. No exercise, still eating pretty bad. In the past 45ish days I’ve gone down from 104 to 80. My food cravings as well as my sugar cravings are through the roof. I’ve been eating very clean, whole foods in those 45 days. But it’s so, so so hard with the level of hunger and cravings I simply did not have before
