  1. my 2 cents are that it´s moronic to restrict your died of either fat or carb´s just so u can eat a few calories more, they really try to reduce it to just energy production but digestion also plays a huge role, eating only one source of nutrient will bottleneck the absorption into the blood which in turn reduces sugar spikes in the blood, which is “healthy” but the same can be achieved by adding fiber or portion control. We dint evolve around eating refined nutrients, a balanced diet of carbs fats and protein will always be better then some fad keto, low-carb etc. stuff.
