I have lived and worked in Mainland China on and off for years, working in education and even television. It is a communist country 'with capitalist characteristics', but it is not a dictatorship as the leader has to be elected every 5 years by party members (any member of the public can become a party member) and no leader can be a 'chairman' (president equivalent) for more than two terms. I would be happy to come on your show Joe to talk about Mainland China and if you like my wife, a Chinese citizen, can tag along too.
