I live in Alaska, and there are SO MANY COMMERCIAL salmon fishing boats, plus the natives who aren’t regulated, but the commercials are, and they still go from 3 a day per person with rod and reel, to 6 a day some days because they have counters in the rivers and allow them to see when runs are big big and we are out there getting them so there’s not fish that over breed a river…but I’m telling ya, at the very least, the salmon and halibut in Alaska is sooooooo plentiful, that we supply a lot more then “Seattle” for salmon! Lol halibut as well! Love the JRE!
