Strike one: you're trespassing in this animal's territory, strike two: you're stealing it's food. Hunting, fishing. You come back to the scene of the crime, still smelling like the food you stole; and sit down to have lunch. Am I missing something? That's like you come home from a hard day's work, and someone's sitting in your kitchen eating the food outta your fridge.

Hope that the Grizzly Bear doesn't feel in danger and hope it isn't hungry. That is what you do when you encounter a Grizzly Bear. You hope. If you are attacked well you better hope you have bear spray or a powerful rifle and hope you get it before it gets you.
