Does it count if me as a waiter do at work from 12 to 15 km daily as excersise? 😂 Now already not to much just maybe from 8 to 10 km because the main season is just hell, there were days when I did 24km…. And I just tried sometimes to push myslef to go hike or do some push ups, I did once a week something… Yet tried to meditate and etc.

  2. I used to be a lazy ass and wouldn't go to the gym. I once forced myself to go there for 2 month every two days an did it. Guess what ? On the first occasion I had to skip it, I dropped it completely. Then I started eating better & dropping lots of way, now i'm exercizing every day and don't have to force myself. I guess you're wrong on that Joe, motivation has limits, and this is your body energy.
