You can't just rely on discipline to fix everyone's problems. Not everyone has Joe's discipline or work ethic, and that's okay. That's why Joe's work ethic stands out, because its extraordinary. If everyone had that sort of discipline, it would just be the norm. I see where she is coming from about diet. People can just eat crap which leads to being overweight and depressed which throws all discipline and motivation out the window. That's where she's coming from about the no energy to work out.

Plants attack naturally to thrive, but also plants are loaded with chemicals ( Monsanto). Carbs are dangerous. Eating 1 x a day, fasting for the rest of the day/nite, eating red meat mostly. No hunger pains, no cravings, loosing weight slowly. No recipes an meal plans an no large grocery lists!!! Reject the food pyramid crap!!! If yr not sure try it, then go back an eat like you used to. Lol you will feel sick again.
