Haha he called you guys demons 😈😈
44:50 when he says he doesn't have depression and doesn't understand what depression is it made his whole speil about exercise right before that make so much more sense. It's difficult to understand the affects of depression when you haven't struggled with it. I do believe that diet has a big role in depression. I also believe you have to do the research and go through the painful and tedious process of trial and error to figure out what works for you and your body.
Sidenote: Yes, I have chronic depression. Yes, I talk to a therpspist 1-2 times a week. As it turns out I have chronic depression AND I am also lazy af. All I do is win…
Joe: “so you ate soy and started tripping?”

he seemed very triggered by her answers??? She never once claimed to be a scientist or know all the facts, just a young mother who healed herself of an autoimmune disease on her own.
She’s right about the carnivore diet being extremely beneficial. But holy hell does her attitude come across awful and she doesn’t bring up enough facts or articles supporting her claims. I can list article after article and many references to unbiased research studies proving its effectiveness. One thing to note is that if it’s 100% grass fed it’s safe and if any label on meat says 100% fed and finished it’s safe. But fun fact the only perfectly regulated meat in us is bison. Bison is the best meat you can buy and trust.
