  1. Started with the lchf (low carb high fat) diet in 2010. And it changed my life. In Sweden where I live it was also a bit controversial. A doctor named Annika Dahlqvist became famous and hated because she taught the diet to diabetes patients and they got better. I had problem with inflammation and I went to doctor with severe problems with my knees. I was 34 at the time and had been into sport my whole life and the doctor told me I would probably never run again. After a visit to a naprapat I went on the lchf diet and went from 85 kilogram to 67 kilogram and after a few months I ran half marathons and in 2013 my first marathon. I went four years without sick days, problem with the stomic and headache were gone. Slept better, never tired always happy. Right now I am on a carnivore/keto diet.

  2. Maybe we should say, I don't have the energy. I feel like I have no desire to workout. None. I'm healthy, in a healthy physical state meaning in not over weight but I literally have zero desire to workout. I don't want to. Lol
