I'm not so sure about this theory given that pretty much all alien abduction stories are rip offs of the Betty and Barney Hill story. People basically just took that story and twisted it into their own version.
As usual, Rogan makes a pile of assumptions, summations and shortcuts that just aren't true and NOT what abductees report.
I think having memories of childbirth is more plausible than aliens abducting you. When people are doing hypnosis or transgression therapy most often the therapist is guiding the patient to the abduction conclusion
It can't be a memory of birth. You don't have much eyesight at birth.
