Title should be no "right" way to live your life
As someone who plays chess and plays blindfold (blindfold is the term for playing by saying the move aloud i.e “e4 c5 nf3 etc”) it’s really not that difficult. Anyone who puts their mind to it with a lot of time and just trying it could probably do it. I personally don’t see it in 3D and to tell ya the truth I don’t necessarily see see it. I try to visualize but most of it is just pattern recognition. You just feel where the pieces are in relation to each other. Now there’s guys like Magnus Carlsen who can play 12 people at the same time blindfold. And that’s just insane.
