This is the best time to be alive? If you're looking for creature-comforts, this is better than any time in known history, but if you're trying to be happy like every human has from now back to the beginning of time, this might be the worst time to be alive. The US spends 20-30 billion dollars a year trying to make people unhappy. They call it advertising. When in human history have so many resources been devoted to sowing discontent among a population where discontent was the primary objective like it is now? Mr. Rogan is honest, but his world view is obviously on a shaky foundation at best.
