Thank you so much for talking about the orcas and the other animals held in solidarity confinement—- however , no, the giraffes, and all others are not fine living in barren, acoustically dead, monotonous enclosures. They live their life in lockdown. They did nothing to deserve this. It’s horrendous to do to any individual. They always suffer. Imagine if we were told to stay in our houses for 30 years because it’s for our protection..? After 30 days most of us agree we would rather face the realities of the world rather than stay locked up any longer.
