I'm sorry but no language is built into us. You leave a child to be raised by dogs it will behave like a dog. We mimic our surroundings to survive. Communication is a survival technique we have developed its contextual and not as simple as that we have a hidden set language. Also we have no idea how many other animals learn off each other as we can not understand their language's as they are language's.
