Perfect example is Israel Adesanya dominating Logan Paul on the ground with BJJ. Izzy is a kickboxer primarily and isn’t known to ever submit anyone. But you take some regular guy or even someone who trains, put them up against a UFC fighter, and you’ll get clapped. BJJ is probably Izzy’s weak point, but against Logan, he looks like a black belt 😂
I would say 80% and it's only because of experience. People just don't know how to react. It's not because those people lack muscle or coordination.

Yep. I wrestled in high school and been in several street fights. My buddy’s wife was a black belt in BJJ. I told her to try to submit me, so we hopped on a wrestling mat. She laid down and I jumped on her and within 3 seconds, she had me in an arm bar and I tapped. I’m 190 and she was 125. Don’t fuck with trained killers.
