As a guy who loves food and messing around in the kitchen, this was great!
Well actually the Europeans came through St Johns, Newfoundland a few other places in eastern Canada first. Quebec has some good food but they like to always put themselves on some sort of pedestal in Canada (and apparently now for all of North America – Canada, US and Mexico).
Beer from Partake brewery – look it up.
