Shit, we label all meat honestly! That venison is all doe or hinds. The Bucks are predominantly bred for the velvet, as their meat isn't worth jack comparatively. Hey we're the real deal down here in NZ. Come for a visit Joe, only Covid we have is from Australia's deportees.
