joe rogan argues for increasing public education and its influence (free food for all children), and then argues for school choice and "different ways of doing school" which happens with private schools (non-government ran schools)

Making Blue Fin Tuna 3 times the price, DOES NOT REGULATE THE MARKET. Fisheries observer here – Blue fins are subject to a price phenomena where the rarer the creature becomes – the more expensive it becomes, and the higher the demand gets – which drives the fishing pressure higher – making the creature even rarer. It's a feedback loop and it's at the soul of poaching animals to extinction.
