I am a meat eater, and some of this made me not want to eat meat. So much of this just screams life needs to be balanced.
Holy fuck, never would have known that this was my favorite episode on JRE. Seen them all.
It’s very fitting that conversationally this episode evolved like a meal. A tasting, followed by a glass of wine of interest, an entree of story telling, an after dinner shot of humility and self discovery topped off with a dessert that begins sweet and leaves you wishing there was more.
Do these chefs ever explain more about making meals for ufc fighters like in another podcast or something?
So little likes for such a great talk
