hey cool, I live one metro stop from this restaurant.
I worked at JOE BEEF, as a busboy when I was a teenager. These guys really embody a classic French standard of service but cook a menu that is so reminiscent of the neighborhood they are in. I have lived in the Sud-West of Montreal my whole life and Joe Beef/Liverpool House/ Vin Papillion are a must see.
