It's not the same thing. As a news site, Daily Wire should be held accountable for what they say, but they shouldn't be responsible for public comments made on a story. They do have the right to moderate those comments though.

On Twitter, there was a guy here in Brazil who posted a tweet saying "I hate white people. White people are awful. White people must die. White people are this, white people are that…" And he said a lot of mean things about white people. The post stayed there and Twitter didn't do anything about it.
Another guy, decided to do the following thing: He copied this tweet, changed the words "white" for "black" and posted the altered version. Twitter took it down.
