She’s literally just trying to justify to herself why her and Laird have only had girls. Maybe they wanted a boy and this “theory” gives them comfort in thinking that their active lifestyles is what caused them to have girls.
There’s no actual evidence for this. Higher temperature in your balls actually kills off sperm count, it doesn’t change whether a sperm is a boy or a girl. A quick Google will explain this.
