I'm not in support of whale hunting or anything, but apart from the risk of extinction what makes whales and dolphins special from other smaller fish? Just asking out of curiosity. If they weren't going extinct would people be ok with them being hunted for food like every other fish?
You ever see the one where it catches a bird, by putting a small fish on the edge of the pool to lure it there?

I used to do night shift security at six flags and it was my job to guard the killer whale due to death threats from peta. They wanted to kill it so it wouldn’t be in captivity anymore.
I spent 6 days a week from midnight to 6 am with that whale for a whole summer and it totally changed my life. We developed a type of communication that you can’t really put into words.
yet when I mentioned the Blackfish documentary at work and also Seaworld. People acted like I was being 'negative'. I am glad Canada is taking a stance.
