Jonathan Haidt is a social psychologist and Professor of Ethical Leadership at New York University’s Stern School of Business. He’s also the author of books such as “The Happiness Hypothesis” and “The Coddling of the American Mind”.

The way to fix the call out culture problem in an institutional setting is to label it what it is; Bullying. These people get a cheap rush and social credits by intimidating others. That's a Bully. We already have in place policies for dealing with bullying behavior, all we would need is to label it correctly.
1:12 … Compassion for those you know was taught inside the group. Compassion for those you don't know has historically been taught by religion. I am not religious. But this is not new.

45:30 YES! In my freshman year of highschool, I was forced to take an Ethnic Studies class in order to graduate. They taught us about Intent vs. Impact AND how an -ism is Power + Prejudice.
