Neurocystecercosis is more common in south america its very rare here in india and it has treatment in early stages when cysts are not very well developed its not the health cares fault.
India has a great healthcare system. Only thing is people can't pay for all that medication in private hospitals but the government provides cheap to free healthcare, they just couldn't do anything about it in this particular situation.
